A calm, fast website that turns visits into booked appointments.
This is a concept project written to show our process. It is not a client engagement, and it shows no client results.
The brief
A three-clinic physiotherapy practice with a dated site and bookings by phone only. The brief: make booking possible in under a minute, on any phone.
Our approach
We rewrote every service page around the question patients actually ask, added online booking to each one, and kept the whole site under one second to first content on mobile.
What we would measure
A higher share of appointments booked online and fewer calls to reception.

A calm navy and mint palette with a single rising line for the mark: friendly, clinical without being cold, and easy to read on a small screen in a hurry.
