This is a concept project written to show our process. It is not a client engagement, and it shows no client results.
The brief
A twelve-room hotel on a tidal harbour, losing direct bookings to travel sites. The brief: make booking direct feel easier and more personal than booking anywhere else.
Our approach
We organised the site around the tide: what to do at low and high water, which rooms face the harbour, and a direct-booking offer that travel sites cannot show.
What we would measure
A higher share of direct bookings over the following season.
Identity
[01]
A spaced serif wordmark under a single tide line, sea slate and sand, and a tide table that appears on the site, the room cards and the breakfast menu.
